THERMO® XCC
WORLDWIDE HIGHEST CUTTING SPEED
THERMO® XCC has been developed and adjusted for GFMS AgieCharmilles machines to increase the cutting speed. With a machine equipped with Clean Cut generator, THERMO® XCC can reach a cutting speed superior to 500 mm²/min. It offers a processing speed up to 50% higher than standard brass wire. THERMO® XCC wire suits particularly for nickel base alloys, for aeronautic production as an example.
It is particularly recommended for large workpiece machining (H> 150 mm) and individual mechanical parts or series.
