INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 - Place your AQUA iQ container next to your machine and connect the incoming water line (EIN), marked in green, located on the right-hand side when viewed from the front.
(wait before connecting the return line (AUS), located on the left-hand side when viewed from the front)
2 - Open the vent valve (knurled brass nut) located on the lid and fill your AQUA iQ container with water. Close the vent valve once water begins to seep out from it.
3 - Now connect the return line (AUS), marked in red, located on the left-hand side when viewed from the front. Your AQUA iQ is now ready for use!
IQ PREMiON (60:40) - Ion exchange resin
is a ready to use high capacity resin tailored for use in wire edm when machining ALUMINUM, COPPER, TUNGSTEN CARBIDE, COBALT MATERIALS AND TITANIUM.
The uniform particle size makes it possible (if desired) to regenerate the exhausted resin after use.
As sold from us this is manufactured by pure virgin raw materials.
