BP 10 Inhibitor

Complete corrosion protection of workpieces in wire EDM.

BP 10 protects the surfaces of the workpieces to be treated, including cut surfaces, against heavy corrosion and pitting. Thus, post-treatment is considerably reduced, particularly on cut surfaces.

BP 10 is characterised by a very low tendency to adhere and outstandingly passes both mechanical (pre-coat and cartridge filters as dirt filters) and chemical filters (ion exchange cartridges with deionisation resin).

The product does not bind dirt and thus can be used for automated wire threading systems.

Use a hand-held refractometer to monitor the concentration.

BP 10 Inhibitor is biodegradable.

USE AND DOSAGE:

Depending on the quality of the steel and the actual processing time, 0.5 – 1.5% Anti-rust agent BP-10 is added (measured in volume of the circulating water).

To increase circulation, a dilution with 10 parts of deionized water is recommended before rust inhibitor BP-10 is gradually added to the cutting area or water bath while the machine is running.

MEASUREMENT:

To accurately determine the amount of corrosion inhibitor BP-10 in water, the measured value on the refractometer must be doubled.

is a modern product which forms a thin, grease-like protective film.

It offers reliable corrosion-protection for long-term storage and heavy use.

LubTool 6000 does not solidify and can be easily removed after long-term storage.

Sprayed parts can be EDM wire-cut without any problems.

LubTool 6000 should be shaken before use and sprayed on, ensuring all tool surfaces are completely covered.

Container should be held vertically while using it.
