DiaCut CP 1 has been developed specifically for use within fast punching machines.Made from the highest purity base oils and additives, it offers reduced burr and additional corrosion protection when punching steel (including stainless), aluminium, and non-ferrous metals.
A thin oil with a viscosity of 1.8mm²/s, the DiaCut CP 1 is sprayable, easy to clean and evaporates almost completely, leaving minimal residue and making it an excellent choice for manufacturers working to tight turnarounds and punching processes where speed is key.
Developed in our state-of-the-art laboratory and produced in accordance with our HUTEC philosophy which allows us to have a positive social and environmental impact, the DiaCut CP 1 is heavy-metal free, and almost aromatic, chlorine and halogen free.
