ADHESIVE

Instant adhesive based on methyl cyanoacrylate, medium viscosity and high strength.
Especially recommended for assembling materials like graphite-metal, its slow setting time allows the eventual repositioning of parts.

User instructions:

Clean and degrease the parts to be glued with Solvospray.

Excess product, hardened or not, can be removed with Loxeal CA Remover.

Storage:

We recommend that the product is stored in cold and dry at a temperatur not exceeding +20°C.

For best and extended storage time, store the product in a refrigerator bewteen +2°C/+7°C.

To avoid contamination, do not refill containers with used product.

X60 superglue, consisting of methylmetacrylate, is the first choice for typical experimental applications in strain gauge installation. It can be used on porous materials (concrete, cast-iron, wood, ceramics, among others) and also on smooth surfaces. X60 can even be used at very low, cryogenic temperatures up to -200°C.

The adhesive consists of two components, which makes it very easy to use in a practical setting: Component A is in the form of a powder that is added with a measuring spoon (included). Component B, a liquid, is measured simply by counting drops. The adhesive is mixed in the accompanying container, which makes it easy to adjust its consistency.

Now with an enhanced formula, without dicyclohexyl phthalate (CAS 84-61-7)

The new formula no longer allows the product to be subsequently removed using solvents, and the curing time will be a few minutes longer

Cleans, degreases parts and speeds up the setting time of cyanoacrylate adhesives.

Curing effect is obtained in 1 - 4 seconds depending from type of adhesive, gap between parts and surfaces composition.

The Activator is applied on one surface and let to dry for a few seconds.
