LubTool® 2000

Lubricating and fine oil for the food and pharmaceutical industry

LubTool® 2000 is used for greasing, removing, preserving and cleaning in all application fields, even in technically unpreventable, occasional contact with food.

LubTool® 2000 is NSF H1 registered.

Advantages:

LubTool® 2000 offers the best temporary corrosion protection on metallic surfaces and guarantees excellent lubrication of mechanical elements even at extreme minus temperatures.

LubTool® 2000 cleans oil and grease polluted surfaces, effortlessly removes fretting corrosion and is neutral to all usual plastics and elastomers.

LubTool® 2000 is free of silicon, acids and resins.

Application:

Rub LubTool® 2000 in circles to remove the fretting corrosion and clean with a cloth afterwards. Repeat this if necessary.

BP 10 Inhibitor

Complete corrosion protection of workpieces in wire EDM.

BP 10 protects the surfaces of the workpieces to be treated, including cut surfaces, against heavy corrosion and pitting. Thus, post-treatment is considerably reduced, particularly on cut surfaces.

BP 10 is characterised by a very low tendency to adhere and outstandingly passes both mechanical (pre-coat and cartridge filters as dirt filters) and chemical filters (ion exchange cartridges with deionisation resin).

The product does not bind dirt and thus can be used for automated wire threading systems.

Use a hand-held refractometer to monitor the concentration.

BP 10 Inhibitor is biodegradable.

USE AND DOSAGE:

Depending on the quality of the steel and the actual processing time, 0.5 – 1.5% Anti-rust agent BP-10 is added (measured in volume of the circulating water).

To increase circulation, a dilution with 10 parts of deionized water is recommended before rust inhibitor BP-10 is gradually added to the cutting area or water bath while the machine is running.

MEASUREMENT:

To accurately determine the amount of corrosion inhibitor BP-10 in water, the measured value on the refractometer must be doubled.

Antikor CL

Long-term corrosion inhibitor with colour additive. Antikor CL is the well-proven Antikor RS plus blue colour additive, which immediately shows whether a workpiece or part has been sprayed evenly.

On moulds and tools, the even, bluish film ensures uniform protection and prevents annoying rust stains after storage. The colour is not soluble in water. Thus, Antikor CL may also be used in EDM without any difficulty. And – just as Antikor RS – it can easily be removed with Solvo-Spray.

Thanks to Antikor CL, suppliers to processing companies can reliably protect their components against corrosion as its blue film clearly distinguishes the sprayed parts from untreated parts.

Even in aggressive atmospheres, this product preserves blank metallic and mirror polished surfaces for a long time. The protective effect can even be intensified by applying several layers.

Due to the fully synthetic, soft greasy consistency, Antikor CL does not run down vertical surfaces. To remove the protective film simply wipe it off; use Solvo-Spray to achieve an optimal, residue-free degreasing.
This also allows contactless cleaning of mirror-polished mould cavities. Qualitatively, this procedure is preferable to all other procedures and can perfectly be used after long storage times, too.

Antikor CL is excellently suitable for the short and long-term preservation of injection moulds. As corrosion inhibitor it retains its adhesive properties on cooled tool surfaces (<50 °C).

Antikor CL reliably prevents damages due to corrosion after processing PVC, POM and many other plastics, such as polyamide treated with flame retardants.

Caution: Do not use on hot tools and moulds!

Antikor RS

is not only a high-grade corrosion inhibitor for iron, steel and all kinds of metallic materials, but also an excellent lubricant for ejectors and sliders.

It releases no dirt or rust in channels and thus prevents undesirable ejector marks on your moulded parts. Special adhesive additives prevent the lubricant film from migrating and ensure a longer service life.

LubTool 6000

is a modern product which forms a thin, grease-like protective film.

It offers reliable corrosion-protection for long-term storage and heavy use.

LubTool 6000 does not solidify and can be easily removed after long-term storage.

Sprayed parts can be EDM wire-cut without any problems.

LubTool 6000 should be shaken before use and sprayed on, ensuring all tool surfaces are completely covered.

Container should be held vertically while using it.
