Buflon GR

Buflon GR is a fully synthetic lubricating grease with high PTFE content and special adhesive additives.

It combines the anticorrosive properties of Antikor with the excellent sliding properties of micro-fine PTFE – a grease that fulfils the highest demands.

Special properties:

– heat resistant up to 200 °C

– corrosion protection

– emergency running properties thanks to PTFE

– very strong adhesion to metal surfaces

– no dirt marks on plastic parts

– lubrication of close tolerances

– no labelling required

– easy to remove with Solvo-Spray.

Plastics processing:

High temperatures, close tolerances and accuracy are major challenges for sliders and ejectors of plastic injection moulds and are reliably met by Buflon GR.

As all Buchem products are perfectly harmonised, post-lubrication on the cavity during production can still be done with Antikor RS or Antikor HT depending on the temperature.

Toolmaking, mould construction and maintenance:

With its good adhesive and sliding properties Buflon GR is ideal for chains, gears and spindles wherever it is not possible to use conventional greases due to great centrifugal forces.

It reliably lubricates guideways and durably protects their rarely used sections against rust.

In maintenance, old greases and Buflon GR are easily removed with our Solvo-Spray.
